Ingredients: 1 lb salt salmon, shredded 4 lb ripe tomatoes, small dice 3/4 lb Maui onion, finely diced 2 tsp lemon juice 5 oz scallions, whites and greens, coarsely chopped Instructions: Mix all ingredients together by hand ('lomi lomi' means "to massage" in Hawaiian). Let cool in refrigerator. |
