GUAVA GLAZED CHICKEN SKEWERS

Ingredients:
1 c guava nectar
2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 red onion, chopped fine
1 tbsp ancho puree
1 tbsp honey
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
6 inch wooden skewers
2 lb boneless chicken thighs

Instructions:
Fire up the grill! 

Combine guava, vinegar, garlic, onion, ancho and honey in a small saucepan and bring to a simmer. Let simmer until solution reduce by half.  Once you start the sauce don't forget to soak your skewers (if they are wood) in water.

Cut chicken into 2 inch squares and season with salt & pepper. Skewer Chicken pieces to cover steaks. Brush with glaze and grill for 4 minutes per side. Brush with glaze while grilling.
